Fruitylicious!

[yakisoba bento with fruit tier]

Top: mandarin oranges, kiwi, blueberries, and strawberries with a touch of brown sugar
Bottom: yakisoba with tofu, carrot, broccoli, Chinese broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, and celery (with sichimi togarashi sprinkled on top for a little kick)
Extra: Koala-shaped cake with blueberry filling



A super healthy bento today - lots of fruits and veggies. If I had precut the vegetables (or maybe used fewer kinds - haha), this would have been a snap to prepare. The koala cake was yummy - the filling tasted like blueberry-flavored adzuki beans, if that makes any sense.
