Top: sliced mango, pear flowers, tinned clementine wedges (I was curious to try them)
Bottom: chow mein with broccolini, carrots, mushrooms, and red and yellow mini-bell peppers
Work got the better of me last week, so I didn't have the time or the energy to make bento on Thursday and Friday. Hopefully this week will be better! Today I used a new chow mein noodle mix (made by a Japanese company) and added lots of veggies to it. If we like it, I will add it to the Prepared Foods List.
