bento "bento box" "japanese lunch" kinchaku hashi "usagi bento"Today's bento is yet another advertisement for Trader Joe's.  The teriyaki chicken wings come in a big frozen bag and bake up nicely in my toaster oven in less than 20 minutes.  And I added TJ's soycutash (frozen mixture of edamame, corn, and red bell pepper) into the wok-fried rice.

Speaking of woks, I've been loving mine!  I love the fact that, now that it's nicely seasoned, I never have to wash it!  Just swish hot water around it, scrub out what little food may have stuck using a non-abrasive scrub brush (I need one of those cool bamboo wok brushes), and I'm all set to go.  Wok-fried veggies seem brighter and crunchier to me too.  They just taste better!

Oh, and check out the full usagi bento set to the right, now complete with matching chopsticks and chopsticks case (straight from Japan thanks to Angela D.).  Coordinated cuteness - wee hoo!
