I default to lazy bento on Monday mornings. As long as it tastes good, right? I loved the ease of the TJs box mix -- I soaked the noodles in hot water while I prepped the add-ins and drained the noodles while I stir-fried the veggies (I can't wait to get my new wok!). I added 2 eggs (instead of the 1 called for) and let them set in the pan with the vegetables before adding the noodles and sauce. Only 15 minutes from start to finish. Not bad at all!
Oh, and this is one of my new Hakoya bento box sets. Last Friday's bento was in my new fish bento boxes (also Hakoya). I bought both through kitticorner on eBay. Aren't they precious? =^.^=
