Right: miso salmon, wasabi mashed potatoes, stir-fried bok choy, grape tomatoes
Left: onigiri stuffed with miso salmon, cherries, strawberry
Leftovers from dinner on Tuesday night repackaged. :) The miso salmon is now our favorite
recipe for fish (sub tamari for soy sauce). Deceivingly simple, the caramelized sauce and buttery texture of the fish is amazing. The salmon doesn't look quite as tasty as it does hot out of the oven, but trust me, it's awesome! The
wasabi mashed potatoes were ok, but not great. The hubs thought they were a bit too sour-tasting (due to the yogurt), so I will have to tinker with the recipe.
