[bento with curried vegetables stir-fry, brown rice, fruit]

Left: brown rice with black sesame seeds
Middle: tofu, broccoli, celery, red bell pepper, green cabbage, and red cabbage stir-fried in a coconut-curry sauce
Right: sliced strawberries and pineapple

I've been making up a lot of impromptu stir-fries for dinner lately. I threw one together this morning for my bento. No real recipe: heat oil in wok, add vegetables and toss, add tofu and toss, add 1/8-1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp Madras curry powder and some salt and pepper to taste, toss well and adjust seasonings. Simple, fast, healthy, and yummy!

I made time to pre-cut a ton of vegetables over the weekend. Makes such a big difference in the morning when all the ingredients are ready to go. I also fried up a bunch of tofu, so the Frying Tofu tutorial will go up soon. The tutorial recently was posted.

Ok, back to work. I have been so insanely busy lately. No time to work on the site or answer anyone's comments/questions. Hopefully things will calm down by Friday.
