I decided to use up some leftover rice by making omuraisu (a.k.a. an omelet with fried-rice filling) this morning. There is a basic recipe in the Recipes section. I varied this version a bit by making vegetarian wok-fried brown rice (with onions, red and green cabbage, red bell pepper, and broccoli) that I seasoned with tamari, sugar, and sake (instead of the traditional ketchup).
Also, Cooking Cute has an RSS feed! Now I just need a little (color-coordinated) RSS icon. ;)
