Hoo boy. This next month is going to be a doozy at work. I hope I survive!
Chicken buns are in the Recipes section. For the stir-fry, I added a bit of oil into my wok, then slid in some firm Nasoya tofu that I had marinated in a little tamari. I browned both sides, then fished the tofu out and added the baby zukes. I tossed those with some tamari, sugar, and a wee bit of salt and sake, then added the tofu back in before turning off the heat.
