Top: ice cream cone-shaped egg, edamame, teeny tiny tomatoes, and a chocolate bunny
Inari-zushi, or inari sushi, is uber simple to make. It consists of a seasoned pouch of tofu filled with sushi rice. You can make your own tofu pouch, but, to save time, you can buy ready-made inari skins (which is what I did). Then all you have to do is stuff each skin with some perfect sushi rice, and you're done! You also can add different ingredients (e.g., shiitake mushrooms, scallion, furikake, etc.) to the rice before stuffing.
The stir-fry was a quickie -- I flavored with sake, tamari, and a bit of sugar. The chocolate bunny comes all the way from Portland, Oregon (thanks to the hubs)!
